Terms and Conditions
You can register by completing the Registration Form and submitting. Delegates wishing to pay via cheque or money order will be required to send their payment to Home Therapies Workshop, PO Box 2310, Mansfield BC. 4122 within 14 days of submitting. (Please enclose a printed copy of the registration form). Alternatively you can register online (with Mastercard or Visa credit cards) using the secure online form.
All amounts are in Australian dollars.
Delegates will receive a confirmation email or letter which includes your receipt and a recepient tax invoice.
Cheques or money orders should be made payable to Queensland Health Collections Account.
All Conference and function payments must be received prior to the Conference. If payment is not received by the 10th Feburary, 2010, unless prior arrangements have been made, your registration may be cancelled.
Onsite registration will be available and payment must be made at the time of registration.
Home Therapies Workshop is not registered for GST. A recipient Tax Invoice/receipt will be provided for each delegate showing the purchase as a GST Free purchase. Unless otherwise directed, the recipient tax invoice/receipt will be in the name of the registering delegate.
