Refund Policy
Delegates who are unable to attend the workshop after submitting a registration form are welcome to nominate a substitute.
Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee.
All alterations, substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to:

Cancellations received before 15th January 2010 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $50. Cancellations received after 15th January 2010 are not refundable. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.
All refunds will be paid after the conference.
